Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential buyers and guide them through the new homes sales process.
• Present the benefits and features of the available properties to prospective customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in using technology and CRM systems.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving targets.
