Key responsibilities:-
To maintain, forge and develop relationships with developers in the area
To manage the end to end sales process including negotiation and sales progression
Winning instructions for new sites
Ensuring relationships with clients and customers are maintained to a high standard
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Associate
Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder / developer or Estate Agency or experience such as Estate Agent, Residential Sales or Lettings
Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)
