Our client, a successful Estate Agency, are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a role as a New Homes Senior Sales Negotiator within their New Homes division.

The suitable candidate will join the busy team based in their Chichester office and cover the sale and negotiation of new homes throughout the local area.

You will play an integral part in the business and be responsible for helping to look after developer clients, agree sales and increase the profitability of an already thriving department.
