Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients find their dream homes. Your ability to analyse customer needs and preferences will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions and ensuring a positive buying experience together with excellent aftercare.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about homes, including features, pricing, and financing options. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage referrals. Track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to completion. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and community developments to effectively inform clients. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead a small team by assisting them to spot and create opportunities.

Skills

Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market conditions effectively. Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate or property sector. Proficiency CRM software . High energy and positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-55,000.00 per year
