As a Sales Executive at MOTORS, you will be part of the New Business team reporting to the New Business Team Leader.   • This is a 360 telesales role, you\'ll take ownership of the sales process from initial outreach all the way through to closing
  • You will drive a solutions orientated approach to our dealers
  • This role is all about relationship building, we aim to win the hearts and minds of our dealers
  • Being a sales role this is a targeted environment, we work toward monthly revenue and daily KPI\'s
What you will need to bring\xe2\x80\xa6
  • This is a social role! You\'ll be tasked with speaking to dealers up and down the UK so a passion for speaking with new people is a must
  • Proven resilience in a sales role with the desire to develop yourself with our learning and development opportunities
  • Previous experience in a telesales environment is preferred but not essential
  • Confidence and capability to communicate in different styles effectively with stakeholders and customers
  • A positive attitude, we are a team that aims to deliver with impact for our clients
