Job Purpose



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

New Business Lead Sourcer

to join our dynamic New Business team. This role is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and cleansing high-quality leads to drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data accuracy, excellent research skills, and a strong understanding of prospecting techniques to ensure that our sales pipeline remains full of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct research to identify potential new business leads through various online platforms, databases, and industry sources. Gather and verify contact details, company information, and decision-maker roles to ensure data accuracy. Clean and maintain lead lists, removing duplicates, outdated information, and irrelevant contacts. Work closely with the New Business team to prioritize leads based on industry, size, and revenue potential. Utilise CRM systems to input, track, and update lead data efficiently. Develop and refine lead generation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of high-quality, pre-qualified leads. Build and maintain a structured database of potential leads for future outreach. Engage in continuous market analysis to understand emerging trends and potential customer needs. Identify and test new lead generation tools and techniques to enhance efficiency. Conduct periodic audits of lead data to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Work with marketing teams to align lead sourcing efforts with campaign strategies. Support outbound prospecting initiatives by providing high-quality contact lists.

Skills & Qualifications



Previous experience in lead sourcing, market research, or data analysis preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in lead sourcing tools, CRM systems, and databases. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other CRM systems.
