We are currently hiring for a New Business & Marketing Executive to join the Growth team at Saatchi & Saatchi. This role is pivotal in delivering on this goal, ensuring that we produce and output a constant stream of consistent, true to tone content and marketing to create a clear brand identity and make us and our work famous.

You will provide marketing assistance for the Growth team in the agency. This will cover management of social channels, prospecting, management of CRM & database, pitching admin support, and PR support. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the agency\'s social media channels and website, including but not exclusive to posting, engaging, community management, collating monthly posting plans and weekly growth and impact reports.

As part of the Growth Team, you will also need to provide support on additional key projects and some admin support as required. You will sometimes be required to support in providing Groupe with assets and input across agencies.

You will report to the Growth Director , while being supported by and working closely with the PR and Communications Director (supporting with press outreach and reports as needed) and Head of Growth.

Qualifications

• Oversee marketing lead generation - targeted activity, research, content and contact planning, reporting and follow up.
• Ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content and look-and-feel of all external Saatchi & Saatchi marketing materials.
• Provide support across the growth team on all social media, PR, events and new business pitching
• Become an integral part of the Growth team, while being supported daily by some of the best creatives and designers in the industry
• Develop ideas and strategy to help the agency develop and grow
• Provide support on key projects within the Growth team, including core admin across new business and PR
• Lead on regular reporting and analysis across our social platforms and PR tracking
• Keep abreast of industry and cultural news, suggesting proactive ideas to maximise Saatchi\'s share of voice in topical conversations
• Provide support to the growth and PR team wherever needed.
