We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator & Consultant with a deep understanding of Zab billing to join our team at Advanced. This critical role will focus on optimising our core business processes through the management, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite system. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations by enhancing system functionalities, streamlining billing processes, and ensuring efficient user support across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the NetSuite Administrator & Consultant, your key duties will include:

• System Configuration and Maintenance: Oversee and manage the configuration of NetSuite to meet specific business needs, including Zab billing functionalities. Customise forms, set up user roles and permissions, and maintain records, lists, and advanced field-level security controls.

• Collaboration and Requirement Gathering: Work closely with teams in finance, accounting, and other departments to understand their needs. Translate these business requirements into functional and technical specifications, designing and implementing effective NetSuite solutions.

• User Support and Training: Provide high-level support to NetSuite users, addressing complex system issues and providing solutions. Develop and conduct training sessions on how to effectively utilise NetSuite, with a focus on Zab billing and system optimisation.

• Facilitating Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to NetSuite, ensuring technological changes are implemented efficiently and meet the evolving business requirements.

• Recommending and Implementing SaaS Solutions: Evaluate, recommend, and integrate SaaS solutions that enhance NetSuite capabilities, with a focus on advanced analytics, AI, and automated workflows.

• Zab Billing Expertise: Utilise your expertise in Zab billing to optimise billing processes, streamline workflows, and ensure accurate and timely billing within the NetSuite environment.

• Consulting on Best Practices: Advise various departments on best practices for utilising NetSuite and Zab billing functionalities to meet operational and business goals.

What You Will HaveTo succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in NetSuite administration and consulting, ideally with experience managing complex NetSuite configurations and integrations, particularly with Zab billing.

• NetSuite Platform Expertise: Extensive knowledge of NetSuite's architecture, including SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.

• Zab Billing Proficiency: Strong, hands-on experience with Zab billing processes and functionalities within the NetSuite platform.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex business process issues.

• Security and Compliance: Deep understanding of IT security and regulatory compliance, with experience implementing robust security frameworks in NetSuite.

• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across multiple departments.
