Net Zero Carbon Compliance Manager

Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Net Zero Carbon Compliance Manager to join Wates with our Wates Living Space team to provide professional NZC support, advice and coaching at project and regional level across Wates Property Services. Key Accountabilities will include:
- Provide guidance to project teams on service delivery.
- Undertake a programme of project visits based on risk that ensure the highest level of NZC compliance is in place.
- Ensure all project teams are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities, with regards to gas management.
- Develop a network of peers within the business supply chain, to influence and ensure Wates policies are understood and deployed.
- Support teams when investigating gas related incidents in accordance with the above standards.
- A proven understanding of the practical application of legislation and industry standards
- The ability to identify hazards and quantify risks
- The ability to explain and support understanding of NZC related issues in layman\xe2\x80\x99s terms
