Neighbourhood Support Officer- Housing Voids Job description
Do you want to be part of Sheffield City Council\xe2\x80\x99s new Housing Voids team (managing vacant properties)?
Do you have excellent IT and customer service skills and have experience of providing administrative and financial support?
This is a permanent post and is full-time (37 hours/week).
Location: The role is based between Solpro (Attercliffe) & Manor Lane although working in different locations across Sheffield may be required at times.

You will:
Input, maintain, locate and provide data using computerised and manual systems.
Prepare and produce quality documents from standard formats using a range of IT applications.
Maintain financial recording systems and process orders/invoices through to payment using established IT systems.
Provide effective diary management, book customer appointments and prepare and process the paperwork for accompanied viewings and sign-ups (for Sheffield City Council Housing properties).
