National Road Logistics Expo & Events Specialist | United Kingdom | GB15430
YOUR ROLE
The jobholder will be expected to support our domestic operations exhibitions team. This will include end to end coordination of shipments in and out of events, quoting clients, managing internal and external agents, budget control. Travel opportunities will be available to support onsite handling and final mile delivery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support current client portfolio of work
- Client facing engagement on exhibition schedules, pricing and operational delivery
- Travel to support the events onsite operations
- Manage multimodal logistic requirements, including large, time sensitive freight bookings
- Assist onsite project management of events in location when required
- Attend client meetings as required
- Promote innovation and technology as improvement tools
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Multimodal Operational Experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in managing customers and trading relations preferred but not essential
- A good level of IT literacy
- Full driving license
- GCSE grade C or above Maths and English or equivalent.
- Customs clearance knowledge preferred
- Will be required to work within multiple KN systems
