We are looking for a National Account Coordinator to be responsible for owning the health of REFY's global accounts. This role is particularly appealing to those who have had a buying, merchandising, or project management role.
You will provide key support to the National Account Manager in developing key accounts. Responsibilities include account management, driving our sales/stock position in-store, developing key relationships, managing full end-to-end product launches for a retailer, complete regular e-comm page reviews, managing internal stakeholders and owning account administration.
You'll be an excellent communicator and well organised. You'll love working cross-functionally with multiple teams including operations, marketing and Demand planning. Being able to get to grips with external and internal stakeholders, driving sales, developing relationships quickly and influencing the right teams at the right time will be key!
You must be able to think both strategically to hit the long term goals of the business and also tactically to affect change on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a Retail or beauty business and be familiar with account management.
