Responsibilities

Apply high-quality eyelash extensions while ensuring the health and safety of clients' natural lashes. Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised. Engage in social media management by promoting services and sharing client transformations online. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills

Proficient in eyelash extension application techniques with relevant certifications. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Experience in upselling services and products within a beauty or wellness environment. Familiarity with hospitality principles to create an inviting atmosphere for clients. Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently, including appointment scheduling and client communication. Competent in manicures and pedicure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.00-19.00 per hour
