Start Date: September or October 2023
Pay Rate: \xc2\xa328000- \xc2\xa343685 per annum

As a Music Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring students to explore and develop their musical talents. Your creative and engaging teaching methods will foster a love for music and help students enhance their musical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering dynamic music lessons that cover various aspects of music, including theory, composition, and performance.
• Encouraging students to develop their musical skills through practical activities, rehearsals, and performances.
• Introducing students to a variety of musical genres and styles, nurturing their appreciation for different forms of music.
• Organizing and coordinating school concerts, music events, and performances to showcase students\' musical achievements.
• Providing individual support and guidance to students to help them progress in their musical journey.

Requirements:

• A degree in Music or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments.
• Strong knowledge of music theory, music history, and music technology.
• Passion for music and a commitment to fostering creativity and musical talent in students.
• Possession of an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
