The position we are currently recruiting for is a full-time, permanent role. We are looking for an English teacher who\'s passionate about their subject and can create an exciting and stable environment for learning. They should deliver high quality lessons whilst successfully motivating students and encouraging their ambitions. The successful candidate must be able to teach to KS3 & KS4 level and should implement clear, balanced and relevant objectives for learning.

The school we are recruiting for is based in Earl Shilton and can be accessed via public transport. They offer a broad curriculum whilst encouraging and supporting pupil\'s interest in learning. As a full time English teacher the school will expect the following:
\xc2\xab Teach English to KS3 & KS4 level (with KS5 being advantageous).
\xc2\xab Have a detailed knowledge of the curriculum.
\xc2\xab Have high standards of communication and the ability to work as a team.
\xc2\xab Assess, mark and plan lessons.
\xc2\xab Assess achievements of pupils.
\xc2\xab Provide progress reports and attend parent\'s evenings & department meetings.
