What we do
(relevant to your role)

Standard plumbing (sinks, taps, pipework etc.)
1st fix electrics (lights, switches, sockets etc.)
Painting (preparation of surfaces, priming, painting, sanding, spray painting etc.)
Who you are
You will love a challenge - this is a must as every job is different, deadlines vary, and we work hard to satisfy the demands of our corporate and entrepreneurial clientele.
Opportunity not obligation - You see every job as a chance to learn new skills, grow your experience and add value.
You take the initiative - You are happy to problem solve independently and always willing to try to address a new issue yourself before you ask someone else. You are also happy to help other people if you can see someone struggling.
You work well with others - our production teams work together seamlessly; we need someone who will absorb and own our collaborative work ethic.
You love to learn - this isn't a one skill role, you will always be challenged to think creatively, and problem solve on every job, you may be asked to take on tasks that aren't within your scope of experience, so a willingness to learn is essential.
You like variety - again, every job is different and it's a fast-paced environment so adaptability is a must.
You like vehicles - This one is a must as everything you will be doing will be to or for a vehicle.
Self-development is important you - we are always looking for new opportunities to grow as a business, and that extends to everyone who works here. If you invest in us we'll invest in you.
You are able - this is a physical job that requires getting into awkward positions for extended periods of time whilst carrying out skilled work. A comfortable full range of motion is required throughout your body.
