Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, adaptable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our small works team. The role covers a wide range of tasks, primarily focused on the service, maintenance, and minor installation of windows, doors, and conservatory systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys varied, practical tasks across the glazing and general trades sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and adjust UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and conservatory roofs Replace double-glazed units (DGUs) and carry out minor installations Diagnose and repair locking mechanisms, hinges, handles, and general hardware Conduct on-site assessments and identify parts required using trade catalogues (e.g., Duffels) Work independently or alongside a team, maintaining high standards throughout Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients Maintain a tidy, respectful, and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in the window and door or related construction industry Broad trade knowledge - ideally including glazing, hardware fitting, general maintenance, and basic carpentry Full UK driving licence Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights Fluent English (spoken and written) Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

What We Offer:
