We are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer for a large facilities maintenance company for a full time, permanent mobile position where you will have plenty opportunities to develop yourself professionally and progress internally.

Job Details include:

• Salary: \xc2\xa333,780 or \xc2\xa338,846 per annum, depending on experience
• 45 hours per week contracted
• Call-out 1-in-4 (Mon - Fri)
• Door to door pay
• Overtime available 1.5 rates

Responsibilities:

• As a mobile engineer you will be travelling from site to site within the local area servicing the companies key clients.
• Planned and reactive maintenance of Mechanical & electrical systems (HVAC bias desirable)
• Planned and reactive maintenance for multi-trade tasks and general building servicing.
• Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
• Take part in the 1-in-4 call-out Rota this will increase as the size of the team grows.
• To ensure work is carried out in compliance with all health and safety requirements and to adhere to the best working practices.
• To complete relevant HR processes including notification of absence, holiday management, training
• To ensure parts and materials are ordered in a timely manner through company processes
• To ensure appropriate audits and checks (seasonal) are carried out in line with standards provided

Requirements:

• A recognised Apprenticeship or Qualification in M&E Services/Maintenance
• Previous experience in M&E
• A valid UK driving licence
• 17th Edition - Desirable
• Gas Safe Certified - Desirable
• City & Guilds Test and Inspection - Desirable
