We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team working with the London Fire Brigade PFI contract. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.

Location: London \xe2\x80\x93 various sites

Contract: Permanent, full time \xe2\x80\x93 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working within the Facilities Management, supporting them in the completion of Electrical PPM\xe2\x80\x99s, Repair, and Installation work across the London Fire Brigade PFI contract.

Your day to day will include:

Carrying out reactive works and pre planned maintenance within contract KPIs

Works to include; all aspects of commercial maintenance - PPM including Emergency Lighting, Tap Temperature Testing, Mechanical works, general joinery repairs.

Reactive maintenance and first responder to all Emergency maintenance tasks

What are we looking for?

This role of Multi Skilled Engineer is great for you if:

• You have experience of conducting Mechanical repairs tasks - PPM and reactive in a Commercial setting
• You have worked in a Client facing role and worked to KPI\'s and maintenance targets

You have previously worked in a mobile role across a variety of sites

As the role is mobile you will require a clean driving license
