• To join a senior team of multinational insurance practitioners at Marsh London, supported by a multinational coordination team based in Norwich.
• Working alongside Client Executives and Client Relationship Directors to deliver an enhanced multinational client experience.

• Collaboration with client owners, insurer partners, a global advisory community and a select group of clients.

We will rely on you to:

• Communicate and deliver full multinational strategic advice for large complex global programs.
• Involvement in global tenders and defensive/retention reviews to ensure that Marsh Multinational\xe2\x80\x99s services are properly articulated and utilised
• Provide a global service CE role for an identified Client portfolio.
• Strategic carrier engagement
• Be an ambassador for Marsh Multinational \xe2\x80\x93 both internally and externally, through conferences, publications and other channels
• Advice on complex international regulatory issues \xe2\x80\x93 with support from our in-house Insurance Regulation team
• Development, sales and delivery of ad-hoc multinational client projects of value including International Risk Reviews, Local Office Renewal Strategy Meetings and involvement with significant acquisitions, mergers or divestitures.
• Escalation of service issues within Marsh Network and with Insurers
• Development of knowledge management and marketing material (including case studies) to evidence a clearly differentiated multinational value proposition and service offering for both Internal and External audiences.
• Provide further career progression opportunities within Multinational by acting as a mentor to Multinational colleagues to share global knowledge and skills.

What you need to have:

• Multinational experience in the insurance industry
• Awareness of Clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses and their business issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong presentations skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
