As a self employed Multi Trade Person, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your work will ensure that our clients' spaces are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of tasks including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, painting, and general maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to provide effective and timely solutions. Conduct regular inspections and identify potential problems. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a multi-trade professional. Strong knowledge and skills in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and painting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license. Willing to travel and stay away Ideally own tools and van Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are a plus.
