This is a self employed position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm on & off site

Re-Gen UK are a growing provider of construction and refurbishment services and are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Trader to join the team. As a multi-skilled professional, you will work across a wide variety of projects, ensuring high-quality finishes in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple trades, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and tiling. Duties & Responsibilities to include as many trades / skills as possible:

Undertake a range of trades-related tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling Install and repair fixtures and fittings, including doors, windows, and cabinetry Painting and decorating Mould wash and treatment Glazing Kitchen and bathroom installations Vinyl flooring (flat lay - cap and cove would be a bonus) Carry out general maintenance and repairs on both residential and commercial properties Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with building regulations and safety standards Collaborate with team members and manage projects to meet deadlines and client expectations Provide excellent customer service, offering professional advice and solutions where necessary

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role Proficient in a variety of trades (plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, etc.) Ability to carry out maintenance and repairs across different areas of construction Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
