Pay - We can pay xc2xa320 CIS for the first 12-weeks, but once on the books, you can negotiate salary. Normally, the client offers xc2xa316-17 / hour PAYECompany - Property Maintenance company based in the South-WestResourcing Group is currently working with a big player managing property maintenance services in the South-West, and they have won a massive disrepairs contract with Bristol Council. You would be working on small-medium sized reactive maintenance projects in occupied homes. They are looking for several strong Multi-Trade Operatives with a strong domestic and property maintenance background to complete anything from basic plumbing, flooring , plastering, carpentry etc.The successful candidates must have a full UK driving license, be able to pass a DBS check, and proven work experience working as a multi-skilled operative (or equivalent) in domestic maintenance projects.The successful candidate will benefit from weekly pay, van and fuel card, full uniform and PPE, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, ongoing training and development available, a "Mates in Mind" membership held addressing poor mental health in the workplace, healthcare & Company wellness scheme to claim back expenses such as prescriptions and other private treatments (including gym discounts), and a cycle to work scheme.
