Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively. This role is essential in ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed to the highest standards, contributing to the overall functionality and aesthetic of our facilities.

Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and carry out repairs in a timely manner. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or preventative maintenance. Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all tasks. Assist in the planning and execution of renovation projects as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or similar fields. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to liaise with team members and management effectively. A valid driving licence. Relevant certifications or qualifications in any trade will be considered an advantage.
