Multi-Skilled Tradesman/Labourer

to join our team in Leeds.

About the Role:

As a key member of our maintenance and repair team, you will work across various construction sites, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and efficient. The role is highly varied, requiring adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repair work on construction sites Perform a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, brickwork, and groundwork Operate and drive wheeled loading shovels safely and effectively for site maintenance tasks Ensure sites are kept in good working order, resolving issues as they arise Work collaboratively with site managers and other colleagues Comply with health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar role A multi-skilled background with knowledge of various trades Experience in shovel driving (preferred but not essential) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team CSCS card (preferred but not essential) Full UK driving licence (essential)
