Vivo, a thriving joint venture between Serco and Equans, is seeking a talented Multi-Skilled Operative to join our dynamic team. If you\'re passionate about customer service, dedicated to safety, and eager to showcase your technical prowess, this role is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs to a variety of building services and demonstrate their competence to multi-skill outside their core trade to include minor plumbing works, building work, and grounds work and drainage related leaks
• Be involved with refurbishment, planned and reactive maintenance.
• Work with minimal supervision and have the ability to make decisions on the most appropriate repair solution.
• Complete and finalise projects to a high standard and have the ability to self-snag works on completion
• Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
• To undertake a continual programme of risk assessment in relation to your role
• Preform complex planning of large jobs
• Cut openings in structure to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools
• Provide exceptional maintenance service to our high-profile client and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standard in all building areas
• Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending boking pipes and opening clogged drains, toilets, gutters, rain water pipes and any other plumbing work
• Undertake patch plastering works, tiling, floor laying, decorating replacing of internal and external doors
• Attend training as and when required to continue your development in the role and comply with changes within the industry.
• Attend team briefs, Toolbox talks and technical bulletins on a monthly bases or as when required.
• Utilise both electronic and paper-based systems to accurately record documentation including the use of materials against each job.
• To demonstrate VIVO core values to internal and external customers and colleagues
• To mentor apprentices as and when required
• Liaise with Family\'s, clients and members of VIVO supply chain
• Maintain van stocks and provide information enabling the improvements of Right first-time fixes.
• Ensure all H&S documentation (RAMS) are present prior to engaging the task
• Be flexible and willing to work shift patterns to cover the appointments
• Cover out of hours on a rota

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you\'ll need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2 qualification in a trade related
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Previous experience as a multi trade works
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in all weathers
• Ability to use hand tools
