Multi Skilled Operative required with COSS Ticket!
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the railway industry? We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative with a COSS ticket to work at various railway stations between Oxford and Bristol.
: As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of railway infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include conducting maintenance and repairs, assisting with track inspections, and supporting project works. With your COSS ticket, you\'ll be responsible for ensuring the safety of the team working on or near the tracks.
Pay Rates:
- Midweek Days: \xc2\xa318 per hour
- Midweek Nights: \xc2\xa319.50 per hour
- Weekends: \xc2\xa321 per hour
- Competitive hourly rates
- Consistent work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm
- Company-provided van and fuel card for work-related travel

- Valid COSS ticket
- Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative or similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of railway safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
