Tenergy Group is a property development and management group overseeing mixed-use, residential, student accommodation, hotel and commercial projects across London, Home Counties, and the Midlands.
The Position
Due to growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Handyman to join a busy and experienced Property development and Management team. The successful candidate will have handyman experience
Duties include but not limited to:

Painting and decorating General maintenance work Gardening Plumbing Carpentry
The Person
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Driving Licence (Must) Team player willing to adapt in a challenging environment. Strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday. However, weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) may occasionally be required if urgent matters arise

Handyman: 4 years (preferred)
