The salary for this role is \xc2\xa330,268 for a 40 hour full time permanent position

What is the role?
You will provide a repairs and maintenance service to our properties and will be expected to carry out a range of specified building maintenance works both as an individual craft professional and as a member of a multi-skilled team.
The role requires you to predominately work on reactive team carrying out repairs in tenanted properties. We may ask from time to time for you to assist in other parts of the business such as voids works where you will carry out repairs in our unoccupied properties.
Our Pobl Trades Team in the East covers the area of Gwent and surrounding areas including Rhondda Cynon Taff and parts of Powys. Our office base is Cwmbran
What skills and experience do you need?
Proven experience of plumbing and carpentry undertaking repairs and maintenance on domestic and commercial properties.
The required level of qualifications and education and experience to carry out all tasks required reasonably expected to be undertaken as per the post (we require evidence of qualifications)
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working in customers homes
Awareness of Health and Safety requirements appropriate the to the role
Ability to record, update job requests using a mobile device as required
Ability to use own initiative.
