The Back and Body Clinic are recruiting for a Full-Time Employed Physiotherapist at their popular Northampton Moulton Clinic.

Working Pattern below:

(Full-Time | Moulton Clinic)

Due to limited room availability, please only apply if you are able to work the below hours

Monday:

8:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday:

12:00pm - 8:00pm

Wednesday:

8:00am - 5:30pm

Thursday:

3:30pm - 8:00pm

Friday:

8:00am - 5:30pm

Saturday:

8:00am - 1:00pm (1 in 4 weekends, with time off in lieu on Thursday)*

Structured and very rewarding team CPD sessions every week (1 hr per week) on going for all the team 12-month intensive clinical training program for all new team members (extra 1hr per week) 2-year mentorship program where we look at how to develop the soft skills required to build relationships, trust and rapport with your patients so you can really help them Team lunch on a Friday with themes such as a pie competition and 'bake off' over a team game of bowls, Frisbee or whatever takes our fancy that day. One Friday every 8 weeks we close the clinics for a whole day CPD session followed by a 45-minute group exercise class led by one of the team, and a social afterwards - always great fun!! All Therapists have 500.00 external courses budget each year We have bimonthly team socials from Tough Mudder to Trampolining to Christmas Ice Skating We're a foodie bunch with an annual summer picnic for all our team and their families. We support our employees with their career development. Including formal education. We currently have 8 team members who have completed or are working through their MSc Manual Therapy Degrees. We have a clear career structure and progression plan in place helping all our Therapists progress through objective bandings, helping them to reach their goals whatever their short or long-term goals may be. OUR PATIENTS make all the difference to Job SATISFACTION!! Approximately 80% are self-paying and 20% are from private medical insurances. This means that they are motivated and love to work with us, both to deal with the symptoms and the underlying causes of their problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have degree in Physiotherapy Must be a registered with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Must be a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
