Move Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Bournemouth \xe2\x80\x93 Salary \xc2\xa325,000 + OTE

We are looking for a customer focussed and enthusiastic person to join our client as a Move Executive to provide support to the Sales Specialist team. You will be overseeing communication channels which include telephone, live chat & email.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home during peak times and 2 days in the office and 3 days at home during off-peak times.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Contacting customers over the phone to get them booked in for the a call with the Sales Specialist
• Explain the processes to customers and the associated benefits of the company
• Deal with any objections and use closing techniques
• Work to achievable targets
• Ensure that all customers receive outstanding levels of service
• Manage and coordinate email inboxes, ensure response times are achieved.
• Respond to incoming queries via live chat
• Provide support to the sales team regarding appointment bookings by rearranging if necessary and booking into their diaries

Skills & Experience required:

• Confident & natural communicator
• Excellent people skills
• Good organisational skills + attention to detail
• Comfortable over the telephone
• Experience using CRM database or similar software
• Passion for helping make the world a better place
