Motor Insurance Broking & Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

WeCovr is seeking a motivated and experienced Motor Insurance Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ideally familiar with Epic and Applied Systems.

Duties:

Manage and process motor insurance policies, including new applications, renewals, and amendments. Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding their motor insurance needs. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations. Contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in motor insurance broking, with a strong understanding of policy management and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using insurance software and tools. A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
