Job title:Mortgage Expert Location: Norwich Area Compensation: \xc2\xa325,000 with a very realistic OTE of \xc2\xa350k About the company: We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage and protection specialist to join an established firm which has been trading for over 30 years. This firm is a smaller, more local company with family values and a genuine desire to help their clients to the best of their ability. They are committed to delivering first class service to all clients, they currently offer whole of market services. You will have leads provided to you and lots of administrative assistance to ensure that you are best poised to do what you do best, generate revenue! On top of known leads to the business, you will also be taking on clients from an existing member of the team\'s list. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Providing high level mortgage and protection advice to our clients valued customers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conducting full client fact finds in person, on the phone or virtually.
\xe2\x97\x8f Sourcing suitable products for each client.
\xe2\x97\x8f Achieving set targets for both mortgage and protection sales.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining a high standard of compliance as set by the company and network. About you: The best candidate for this role would be;
\xe2\x97\x8f Have good interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
\xe2\x97\x8f Highly accurate and strong attention to detail
\xe2\x97\x8f Be able to take responsibility and be accountable for your own areas of responsibility,
\xe2\x97\x8f Fully CeMap qualified, R05 would be desirable
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of two years experience Benefits:
