Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert, FCA-compliant advice on a range of mortgage products and protection policies Assess clients' financial circumstances and needs to recommend suitable products Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers Keep up-to-date with market trends and product changes Meet or exceed personal and team targets

What We're Looking For:

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential Proven experience as a mortgage advisor and/or insurance broker Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own pipeline Tech-savvy with good knowledge of CRM systems and lender portals

Package:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm in our West Kirby Office Generous salary & commission structure Uncapped earning potential 26 days in addition to all recognized bank holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-60,000.00 per year
