Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Job Description
You'll be based in Cumberland House in Carlisle initially, and once your training is completed you will have the flexibility to work from home on a hybrid basis.
You will work alongside a large team of other advisors where we help our customers with mortgage and protection advice.
This is a full-time role, but we'd be willing to consider part time or family friendly hours (we can be flexible with working hours between 8am and 7pm) - just ask!
Main responsibilities include
Running your own diary of customer appointments, providing advice on mortgages and protection over the phone Assessing and packaging mortgage applications for offer Retaining our existing Mortgage customers Giving customers the amazing experience they expect from us Maintaining your advisor competency
About you
We're looking for a CeMAP qualified advisor, with either direct or broker mortgage experience.

You have a great personality, and love speaking to people (especially customers!) You're fun, positive and enthusiastic You can tell us about how you care for your customers, and go the extra mile You've got experience in working to performance targets
