Description of role, key responsibilities & duties
Obtaining new business and renewal insurance quotes
Submitting Mortgage and Insurance applications and following them through to completion
Speaking with clients at new business and renewal stage, to accurately identify their requirements, in order to provide the most suitable and cost effective quotations
Maintain high client satisfaction and business retention levels
Checking and issuing policy documentation
Responding to day to day client queries and Insurer queries
Maintain client files to ensure they are compliant
Produce insurance and mortgage suitability letters and issue to clients
Identifying opportunities to cross sell products to existing clients
General Administration Support:
Basic bookkeeping (training will be provided)
Scanning / shredding
To assist in ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the rules, guidelines and expectations of the Financial Conduct Authority
Understand and follow all relevant compliance considerations
Keeping all relevant systems up to date
Core competencies, skills & knowledge required
Clear, confident and polite telephone manner
Good written English skills
Good IT and social media skills
Must live within easy travelling distance from North London (N3)
An aptitude for fast figure work
High attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Ability to multi task and prioritise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and pick up concepts and processes

Pay: 27,544.00-29,407.00 per year
