Liddington Mortgages is expanding in the Wiltshire, South Oxfordshire and South Gloucestershire area we're recruiting self-employed Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join our us.

Comprehensive Training and Mentoring: We'll provide the support you need to develop your skills, if required, to build a strong local reputation to allow you to self-generate leads and retain profit. Lead Provision: Leads can be provided from a variety of sources, including a high street estate agency. Competitive Fee Structure of 25% pay away for self-generated leads and 50% pay away for leads provided by us. Same applies for protection and broker fees. No targets, KPIs, or micro-management. Admin Support: Helping you to streamline your processes, renaming, uploading, and chasing of documents, case progression, and expert guidance to enhance your efficiency. Super modern CRM system allowing for streamlined and easy data capture, with client integration, linked sourcing, and short suitability letters.

What we're looking for:

CeMAP 1 & 2 and Competent Advisor Status (CAS): Candidates should have CAS; however, no minimum experience is required. We would be open to discussions with newly qualified advisors. Desire to Learn and Grow: A strong commitment to training and business development is essential.
