Title: Mortgage Advisor
Salary: 28-30k + 10% commission + bonus
Location: Borehamwood
The Company:
We are working with a small brokerage in Borehamwood and they're looking for another Mortgage Advisor. They deal with a range of cases, specialising in New Build - you'll be provided with all leads and use of their streamlined systems to be able to write great business.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options. Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process. Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes. Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.
Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;
CeMAP qualified You must have some experience giving mortgage advice. Based within commuting distance to Borehamwood.

30k basic + 10% commission, additional annual bonus too. High quality leads provided. Ability to WFH 1 day per week after probation.
