We're now looking for experienced mortgage advisers across the UK who want to work flexibly, get access to quality leads, and build long-term client relationships without being micromanaged.

What's on Offer

Great commission splits:

Up to 85% on your own business, 50% on company-provided leads

Leads when you want them:

Inbound calls come through our phone queue system - log in when you want, no pressure or quotas

Support during your transition:

Commission paid on offer (not completion) for your first 6 months

In-house admin team:

They handle chasing lenders, updating clients, collecting fees, and more

Smart tech setup:

Our Pipedrive-based CRM saves you hours with automation, plus integrated sourcing and pre-filled suitability letters

Flexible working:

Work from home full time or make use of our central offices

Marketing and BD support:

Branded materials, social content, guides, tools for introducers, and more

Peer support:

We've got a lively Teams chat with 90+ advisers helping each other daily. There's also a WhatsApp group and a buddy system so you can take real holidays

You'll Thrive Here If You...

Are CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Have at least 2 years' experience advising on mortgages Have Competent Adviser Status (CAS) Want freedom to run your business - but with structure and support when you need it Are comfortable generating some of your own business (though we do provide leads too) Enjoy building client relationships and doing the job properly - not chasing quick wins
