Job Description
A new vacancy has come up to join a market-leading team dealing with Credit Hire claims and Liability Disputes in the MOJ and OIC portal as a MOJ Paralegal.
This practice is extremely well known for its work in defendant Personal Injury throughout the North West. In order to continue the firm\'s success in this area a role has arisen for someone with experience of credit hire claims on the MOJ & OIC portal. Individuals with experience on the defendant side are preferred but candidates with claimant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience of handling a caseload of your own portal claims is essential and an understanding of the portal process will be highly beneficial.
