Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team at Abbey as an Early Years Apprentice working towards their early years Qualification throughout their time with us.
Your role as a Practitioner within the organisation is a very responsible position, not only looking after the welfare and development of the children but also establishing a positive and supportive relationship with their parents/carers. The following is a description of the major responsibilities expected of you in addition to those of supporting the improvement and development of the overall service provided by the nursery on a day to day basis.
? To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children place in the setting.
? To give support to their staff within the setting.
? To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
? To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children's needs to be met.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 7.60 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
