Job Description

We are recruiting a service engineer to carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance repairs on a fleet of security vehicles.

The role is a mixture of preventative maintenance services and fault repairs on relay controlled systems.

Any electrical and mechanical installation experience we would love to hear from you.

Experience with any 12-24v electrics such as taillifts, shutters, towbars, lightbars, reverse cameras, parking sensors, mobile CCTV, trackers or security locks would be an advantage but not essential.

Based from home, you will cover sites around the M25 in our company vehicle.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 1pm-11pm with on call Friday 9am-6pm.

1 hour each day for lunch/breaks. Holidays 28 days (inc bank holidays) Salary paid monthly direct into your bank

Should you be successful in your application, a week stay at our head office in Lancashire will be required for product training and to collect your company van. Expenses are paid for this training period Interviews are held at our head office in Lancashire or satellite office in Birmingham, so please be prepared to travel before you apply, we will pay your expenses for the travel to interview.

We have taken engineers with backgrounds from CCTV, forklift counter balance truck repair, tail-lift repair and military mechanic and trained them into senior engineers that have been with us over 20 years.
