To oversee all operational activity of Solutions Mobile team and be the first point of contact for operatives on duty and the National Operations Centre, to ensure, welfare, effectiveness and efficiency of Operations are being maintained
To plan, monitor and ensure all duties are being carried out competently and as contracted with the customer daily by means of team interaction and monitoring of patrol software
The role is a 24-hour operation 365 days per year, split by shift times of 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00 however may change periodically due to the needs of the business.
