We're looking for enthusiastic team members to join us for our Interactive Shooting Experience, Rapid Shot. This is a fantastic opportunity to make extra money while working at exciting events across England and Wales!

About the Role:

As a member of our team, you'll assist our lead instructors in setting up, operating, and dismantling our mobile shooting ranges at a variety of fun and dynamic events. These events range from international events to royal and country shows across England and Wales. You'll be interacting with a diverse group of participants, from young children to adults, showing them how to use the equipment, offering guidance, and making sure they have a great time. It's all about creating a fun, engaging, and memorable experience!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, operation and dismantling of the shooting range Help participants, from kids to adults, learn how to use the equipment Keep the atmosphere friendly, fun, and engaging Record scores and share them with participants once they've finished Work alongside a team, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For:

You don't need any experience or qualifications - training will be provided! Whether you've shot before or not, we'll show you everything you need to know. A passion for engaging with people and creating a lively, welcoming environment You must be 18 or older due to the nature of the activity A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team

Location & Dates:

We travel to a variety of shows and events across the country, primarily on weekends and during school holidays. You'll have the flexibility to choose which events you want to work at using our scheduling app.

Perks & Benefits:

Travel & Accommodation: We provide free transport to and from events if you travel with the range or you can make your own way. For multi-day events, accommodation is generally tents or within a shared motorhome (a tent can be provided if needed). Meals and drinks are provided when you are away. Depending on the location and event, food can vary from basic cooked meals to takeaway or eating at a local pub. Pay: Starting at 120 per day (employed) or 140 per day (self-employed). As income at shows is dictated by the number of participants, if there are low numbers of attendees at the show then it may be a very easy day , however, if it is a busy show, a bonus may also be paid to recognise the efforts of the team that day. Hours can vary depending on the show but are usually 6-8 hours. Growth Opportunities: After gaining experience, there is the opportunity to become a Lead Instructor, taking on more responsibility and earning higher pay.

This role is assisting with our mobile range at shows and events outside of Bridgwater so involves working and usually staying away, please confirm you are happy with this. Please provide your availability to attend an interview (in Bridgwater) in the next 2 weeks. Do you have experience towing trailers and if so, would you be happy to tow if required? If you would be willing to tow if required, do you have a vehicle capable of towing which you would be willing use? Please briefly explain your interest in this role and working with Rapid Shot. Applicants who progress to the next stage will be invited to attend a group interview at our indoor range in Bridgwater on Friday 16th May starting at 7pm, please confirm you are available to attend this interview.
