Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive, reliable
Mobile Parking Attendant
to join our Greater London team. Using your own vehicle, you'll patrol assigned sites, enforce parking regulations, and deliver top?quality customer service. This role offers abundant overtime opportunities, performance?based pay, and the chance to work within a driven, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Patrol & Enforcement:
Drive to various sites across Greater London, monitor compliance, issue warning notices or Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) where necessary.
Customer Interaction:
Provide courteous assistance to motorists, answer queries about parking rules, and de?escalate any confrontational situations.
Reporting & Administration:
Accurately record patrol activities, complete electronic paperwork via handheld devices, and submit reports daily.
Vehicle & Equipment Care:
Maintain your own vehicle in a safe, roadworthy condition; keep all company?issued equipment (PDA, camera) in good working order.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the central operations team and fellow attendants to ensure consistency and share best practices.

Requirements
Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer?focused approach.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules.
Comfortable with basic IT tools (handheld PDA, apps for reporting).
Prior experience in parking enforcement or security is an advantage but not essential--full training provided.
