Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding commercial HVAC systems/ water systems and electrical systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, fault finding and Preventative maintenance, with good customer service skills to ensure that applications expectations of our client.

our client is a student based property company, this role will be completing both PPMS and reactive breakdown within the sites plantrooms, and sometimes in students flats.

to include a on call Rota for out of hours, an additional weekly retention payment will be offered for call out, plus overtime rates

Duties

completing PPMs. attending reactive calls, on HVAC/ electrical systems liaising and planning visits with site teams completing PPM documentation an reactive report sheets completing and staying up to date with company training

Requirements

Proven experience in mobile engineering role. Mechanical and HVAC knowledge for repairing and maintaining. ideally electrically bias is preferred. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration across teams.
