Location: London and home counties
Salary: \xc2\xa355,000
Hours \xe2\x80\x93 Days Monday to Friday

One of the well known companies in the FM and Maintenance industry is currently looking to recruit a key member of staff to add to their high profile portfolio based in Central London and home counties. As a company, they provide specialist support in the operation, maintenance and repair of building services, and excel in the maintenance of technically demanding blue chip and critical sites within London\xe2\x80\x99s Square Mile and Central London. This will include, but is not limited to managing the planned and reactive maintenance schedules, attending client meetings, compiling reports, supervision of staff and managing sub-contractors.

Responsibilities
As the Building Services Pumps Manager, you will be responsible for:
\xe2\x9c\x85Overseeing and managing all aspects of pumping systems, including foul and surface water pumping stations, packaged booster sets, pressurization units, and more.
\xe2\x9c\x85Conducting hands-on repairs, maintenance, and installations as needed.
\xe2\x9c\x85Monitoring and assessing system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly to ensure optimal functionality.
\xe2\x9c\x85Responsible for maintaining mechanical installations, repairs and maintenance to M&E Plant and Building Fabric
\xe2\x9c\x85Complete proactive inspections, remedial repairs and installations
\xe2\x9c\x85To provide support to the wider Engineering Day Team in the event of an emergency call
\xe2\x9c\x85To support in providing cost information for chargeable Mechanical and Plumbing works on site
\xe2\x9c\x85Collaborating with a team of skilled technicians and providing guidance and support when necessary.
\xe2\x9c\x85Implementing preventive maintenance plans and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
\xe2\x9c\x85Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
\xe2\x9c\x85 Proven experience and expertise in working with a variety of pumping systems.
\xe2\x9c\x85 Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
\xe2\x9c\x85 NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating or equivalent
\xe2\x9c\x85 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\xe2\x9c\x85 The ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
\xe2\x9c\x85 A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and a clean driving record.
