Job Overview:
The role involves providing first-response maintenance and engineering services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for planned, reactive, and quoted works. You will handle maintenance tasks, supervise subcontractors, maintain safety standards, complete required documentation, and provide support during audits and surveys.Main Duties:
Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs of building services assets. Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs or advise on next steps. Monitor equipment to ensure service continuity or provide downtime information. Assist with the procurement of spare parts and ensure replacements are fit for purpose. Conduct dynamic risk assessments and escalate issues if safe systems of work can't be implemented.
Requirements:
Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration (e.g., C&G Level 3, ONC/HNC, NVQ Level 3). 2+ years of experience in building services engineering. Competent in electrical and mechanical maintenance procedures. Basic IT skills, full driving license, and the ability to work under pressure. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
