Salary: 334,298 - 337,886 per annumLocation: London - Corsica StreetHours: 40 hours per week flexible options consideredContract Type: PermanentDue to expansion, we are seeking a Mobile Gardener Team Leader to join our fantastic team in North London. Youll be leading a team of Gardeners and Apprentice Gardeners.Clarion are delivering a Greater London Authority funded "Rewilding" project, and delivering Clarion's Nature Recovery Strategy; to improve biodiversity and sustainability, with reduced mowing, promoting wild flower areas, planting fruit trees, mixed native hedges and a broad range of ornamental plants, plus composting.A key part of this role will be managerial duties; therefore, experience is required in carrying out performance reviews, monitoring team performance and identifying any training and development requirements.Along with a background of supervising a team, the successful applicant will come from working in grounds maintenance and / or gardening.
