Overview:
My client, a global media publishing organisation, with a presence in over 14 countries worldwide, are currently recruiting for a Mobile Development Lead to join their senior management team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and overseeing the whole architecture for all mobile platform developing, while providing leadership and oversight to a team you will be responsible for building out.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to distributed mobile app engineers within iOS & Android domains
• Drive technical direction of the mobile platforms and its integrations with other services
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services
• Recruit and hire top engineering talent, providing guidance to staff and developing new talent.
• Drive productivity through engineering and industry best practices
• Deliver new products and ideas to the organisation

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience working within mobile app development, developing and deploying apps on iOS / Android
• Previous experience managing teams and building out new functions
• Experience building scalable apps on a global scale
• Strong ownership, written and verbal communication skills, working/dealing with senior stakeholders

Desirable:

• Previous experience working within global digital product companies

Package:
